Delivery information
We ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is a simple overview of how delivery works.
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is designed for everyday orders. Exact timings and costs are shown at checkout based on your address. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but most parcels arrive within the estimated window.
Free delivery threshold
We offer free delivery when your basket reaches the minimum spend shown at checkout. If your order qualifies, the free option will appear automatically.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
When your parcel leaves us, we will email you a dispatch confirmation. Where tracking is available you will find a link in that email so you can follow the parcel’s journey.
Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will usually leave a card or attempt again. Follow the instructions from the courier to rearrange delivery or collect from a pickup point.
