Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, our returns process is designed to be straightforward.
How long do I have to return?
Unless stated otherwise, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will confirm the return address and any reference you need to include with the parcel.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will process a refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are made to the same payment method you used at checkout.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as you can. We will normally offer a replacement or a full refund and cover any reasonable return shipping costs.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene or safety reasons, some items may not be returnable once opened unless they are faulty. Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
